We appreciate that moment when the golden hues of amber liquid glide into our glass. Drinking whiskey is an experience, after all. An experience that founders Martin Janousek and Stu Aaron tailored to evolve and elevate a craft maturation process that focuses on flavor above all else. Sure, we use the same ingredients as every traditional distillery out there - spirit, wood, and time - but, it's how we use them that sets us apart. Thanks to a unique approach that marries a passion for the planet with our love of aged spirits, we're able to create delicious, small batch spirits that are perfect for both the whiskey enthusiasts and the whiskey curious. CRAFT MATURATION
Instead of putting the spirit in the barrel, we put the barrel in the spirit. Throughout our signature craft maturation process, we hand-select, cut, toast and char every inch of wood that touches our spirits, an effort that not only exceeds expectations, but helps us show that, yes, we can do it differently.
